Through her own experience as an introverted Realtor, Ashley discovered that much of what worked for others in her office did not work for her. The year she realized she was actually an introvert, her business quadrupled over the previous year, and her life dramatically improved. Her mission is to shorten the learning curve for other entrepreneurs and help them do business in a way that doesn’t burn them out.

Some of my favorite takeaways:
~~ Pay as much attention to Energy as a resource as you would your Time or your Money.
~~ Create a system for yourself. Take a look at how to back into it to make sure it’s something that you’ll enjoy, that’s sustainable and that will make you money if you do it consistently
~~ Recognize the opportunities where you’re already spending your time and maximize those opportunities. Take a larger view – a more bird’s eye view – of the entire relationship…. not focusing on “I need to get the next sale”.

Focus on “I need to build relationships” and then see how your things that you offer might be able to help this person or someone they know.

Facebook tells us: A boosted post is a post to your Page’s timeline that you can apply money to in order to boost it to an audience of your choosing. This is the simplest way to advertise on Facebook. Boosted posts don’t have all of the same customization features as Facebook Ads. Listen for a helpful strategy towards creating a Boosted Facebook Post that will convert at a higher rate.
