Leadership - It’s not always what we think.
So many of my clients and community members are solo-professionals. They’re not managing a team of employees. They’re not getting booked on MSNBC to tell the nation what they need to do.

I recently read that leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" - together.
