Your vision statement is about the future. It expresses where you want to go. Your mission statement is about the present. It defines what your business does, who you do it for, and why.
None of this is rocket science. BUT it’s a critical exercise because it requires you to go back and look at what your business is all about (from your customer's perspective), so you can set yourself up to sell effectively.
SO download the workbooks and templates listed below for an easy strategy for you to regularly review your message so you can refine and simplify it into fewer words---that will Rise Above Noise.
Remember:
Messaging is a PROCESS. It’s not a “One and done” task.
You should expect to continually fine-tune your message as your business grows and matures---based on feedback from your customers.
EXPECT to discover different types of customers.
